Tell me where your process gets stuck.

You do not need to prepare anything. A few sentences are enough for me to judge whether I can help.

What helps in the first message

  • Which process is affected and where it gets stuck today.
  • Who works with it, for example melters, batch operators, shift leads, the lab or IT.
  • Whether this concerns an existing application or a new one.

You will usually get a reply within two working days, even if I am not the right person for your project.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

+What does the first call cost?

Nothing. The call takes about 30 minutes and commits you to nothing. Afterwards you know whether and how I can help.

+What does a project cost?

That depends on the scope, so I do not quote flat prices up front. After the first call and the process review you get scope and price in writing before any work starts.

+Do you only work for the glass industry?

No. My experience comes from container-glass production, but the same problems appear wherever recipes, material and shifts come together. I also build applications for documents, administration and approvals, including outside industry.

+Can I look at W-Make Batch first?

Yes. There are demo instances with made-up data. They are password-protected, and temporary access is available on request.

+Where is our data kept?

You decide: on W-Make servers, on your own server with my support, or entirely in the hands of your IT. Details are on the “Operations” page.

+Does W-Make Batch replace our ERP or SAP?

No. W-Make Batch covers the process around batch, silo and shift. Data can be passed to SAP, for example by CSV.

+Do you take on existing applications?

Yes. I develop existing applications further or bring them back to a maintainable state. First I look at the code and tell you what I find.

+How do you use AI?

I use AI tools during development, under rules written down in the project. Client data does not go into a model.
