Plus a way of working you can rely on: commitments kept, tests that cover the edge cases, and a state that still looks on Monday the way it was described on Friday.
I make assumptions visible, keep states and corrections explainable, and work closely with operations, Product and Engineering — remotely, on site or in a hybrid role. I use AI tools and agents, but under rules written down in the project, and never with client data.
